need expression help please. easy

hey guys - i have a form that has a last name and first name etc. i have
another filed that i want populated which is not visible and cocatenates the
two (first name - last name) to bring the values together for picklist.
what is the code? thanks!

thanks joseph - i didnt get the answer from that page tho.
just want to take values from two fields in form and put together into one
filed on a form.
anyone know? expression builder i am sure.
