Need driver hpousd10.dll for HP PCS 500 All-inone printer

Dear all,

After upgrading from Windows 2000 to Windows XP, our All-in-one printer does
not work. It requires a driver "hpousd10.dll" . I have contacted with HP care
centre. They reply that the product does not have driver for Windows XP.

Could anyone know where the dll can be downloaded ?

Did you disconnect the printer before the upgrade was started? If not
uninstall and reinstall.
