After installing the Windows Service Pack and restarting
my desktop appeared with a message that my printers has
not passed Windows logo testing. When I clicked Continue
installation, it asked for hpw8c32.dll file which I can't
find in the hp cd and the hp online driver for my printer
hp deskjet 1220cxi.
What I am confused is I wasn't installing the printer
driver at all and the printer still prints well after I
clicked cancel. But this message keeps showing up after I
restart my computer.
I have checked that the driver is for windows xp.
How do I stop this?
