need custom borders...1/4" Hash for WHMIS

I am making WHMIS label templates and need a wide hash border. Is it
possible to create new borders for excel. Again, I need wide (1/4") hash
borders. If anyone knows of templates on the web with these types of
borders....

Suggest you go looking online for such a piece of clipart to use as a border.

Check out whmis and clipart.
