If you have cookies enabled and a site still complains, delete any existing
cookies for that site. Then try connecting again. Cookies are stored on a
per user basis:
I had the same trouble on eBay. In Internet Explorer, Go to TOOLS,Internet
Options, Privacy, and at the bottom of the page it says WEB SITES,open EDIT
and look at the site that are blocked. Remove the ones you want to visit and
accept cookies from. It worked for me. Hope this solves your problem

Hi John.
Try going into Manage Cookies and make sure you haven't enabled
"remember this decision" when and if you ever rejected any cookies in
the past.
