HI,
I have done B.E in computer science and then get into the Microsoft
Technologies from the last three year's i am working on .NET platform. I want
to know whether i am on the right track or should i need to do something
extra apart from my Job. I am quite confused in this. Please help me out what
suits be best.
Thanks in Advance.

It's hard to say what is "best" for someone else, but if you are asking if
..NET is a good thing to know for a career in computer science, I would say
yes.

But so much more needs to be known (and only you can supply that info.).

If you are interested in web development, you'll need a good knowledge of
HTML, JavaScript and XML to be proficient.

Since most applications tie into databases at some level, a good knowledge
of relational databases and SQL would be beneficial as well.

First, you should try to figure out what facet of the IT industry do you
want to steer yourself towards (development, architecture, project
management, etc.). Then you can take concrete steps to get there.
