need an auto added a disclaimer footer to all outgoing emails

I have a disclaimer (if you got this email in error etc) that I would like to
automatically be added to all meils as a footer.

If you're using Exchange 5.5 check the following link, this works perfectly
on my Exchange box:

Otherwise, follow the instructions Diane gave you. If you are a home user
you can set up the disclaimer in your signature. There are likely other
methods for home users as well but this is a very simple method.
