Disclaimer

Hello,

I want to put a disclaimer for outgoing emails with certain body "text".
For example: If I'm using the word in the body " emergency" we need to add
the disclaimer, otherwise just the normal body without disclaimer.
How I can do this.

Thanks in advance,

Nelson

Nelson -
You could create a signiture with the disclaimer (Tools Options Mail
Format tab). Then before you send, rightclick your default signiture
at the bottom and change it to the sig you want.

Hi John,

Thanks for your replay.
Can I do this automatic, some users forget to put the correct disclaimer.

Thanks again,

Nelson

Nelson:
Not that I know of. The closest you could get would be to write a rule
that will
"check messages after sending"
"With the word(s) 'emergency' in the subject or body"

....but there is no provision in Rules for adding text to the email
based on that criterion.
I could be wrong. It would be worth checking out Rules.

Sorry
