Need affiliate web host!

I am cash strapped but I need a web host. I have a domain name, but
what I need is a web host that hosts you if your ads can bring in a
certain amount of money.
any suggestions
 
I'm not an expert on .NET but I am pretty sure that this doesn't belong
here.
