Need advice on system upgrade

Hello,
I have to following machine:
CPU: Intel® Core™2 Duo Desktop Processor E6750
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-P35-D53R
Ramm: 4 GB DDR 2 800 Mhz
Gfx card: NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTS 320 MB
OS: Windows XP 32-bit SP3
This configuration is beginning to show some strain when playing my favorites games (mostly World of Warcraft) and I am thinking about an upgrade. As my budget is rather limited (else I would just buy a whole new case) I was wondering what upgrade I should prioritize to get the best performance increase for my money. Anybody care to take a look and give some advice? Thanks!

That system should run WOW easily.

The only weak link is possibly the video card.

If it were me I'd upgrade the video card and buy something like This for £150.00 or even This for £86.00 would be a big improvement.

I does run WoW easily if I don't push the graphix to high. But I have some money top spare and would like to improve it so that I can push the grafix higher, not to speak about playing other games beter. Thanks for the tip though!
