Thomas,
I know this may sound moronic, but how do I do it. If I am in my web and
have the image and "save as" I cannot get the url into it. help.

I am sorry. I just didn't understand exactly how it works, but I think I get
your point.
I am just wondering if maybe it would be a lot of work. We are not able to
spend alot of money on programming, etc. I am almost inclined to breakdown
the major areas (countries) into separate websites. What do you think about
that?

Breaking the site into subweb by country may help in the short term, but the longer you go before
switching to a database driven site the more costly it will be, plus the amount time to get the
existing data into the database.

Manually type the relative URL when linking to the image or other content that is not within the
current subweb or drag the image from it location in the rootweb or other subweb into the current
open page in the current open web
