Need a PDF decrypter

I need something that unprotects a PDF file. I have a file that is 60
pages that I'd prefer not to have to read on screen but the file is
protected to disallow printing. Are there any free tools out there to

security options...".

I cannot provide any further assistance since it could be used by
others to violate copyright protections (although I understand that is
