need a PD/CD Rom drive to read PANASONIC LM-R650A PD Cartridge

Hello everybody,

Does anybody know where i can find a PD/CD Rom drive to read PANASONIC
LM-R650A PD Cartridge,
I have a project in this PD Cartridge but i can not read it.
where can i find a PD/CD ROM bearing the PD mark?
I live in Turkey, but i could not find it here.

Any help will be highly appreciated.
