Need a great help seriously SIR?

I am developing a software on Pocket PC but sill cannot find solutions for
following obstacles.

1) In IE on Pocket PC, HOW TO USE HTML FILE OR ASP FILE TO OPEN AN EXC FILE
IN THE POCKET PC?

2) HOW TO DEVELOP A MACRO KEYBOARD FOR POCKET PC? Anybody has a sample code.
I want to minimize typing any repeated words in my program.

3) HOW TO CREATE AN AUTOCOMPLETE WORD LIST MYSELF? This to minimize typing
any desired words used in my program.

I know this may be too broad questions but I do need help sir.

about a year ago I got an answer from microsoft that the native word list
could not be edited. I am not sure if this has changed. but I could not find
another solution.
So....
I turned off the word suggestion (in the registry) during my app start and
put in my own word list from sqlcetables and popup panels to dispay them.
This was not easy but works very well... I can get different list of varying
lengths for each textbox in my application... IE only item_no in stock for
the item_no field and only customers for this salesperson for the customer
field.

I've dabbled into that and came up with a prototype of an editor for a user
wordlist. It works on PPC2002/2003 but requires a softreset for list changes
to take effect. It is a CF application (not necessary, but was convenient
for prototyping purposes). Download is at:
