NE2000 Low Power Ethernet Driver

This driver is part of XP professional but seems to be
missing from XP embedded. Where can I get it?
 
There's a "NE2000 Compatable PCMCIA Ethernet Adapter
(Generic)" component listed in the components in TD. Is
this not the correct driver you're looking for?
