I would like my caller ID pull up in business contact manager the contact
that is calling me. I am currently calling from contact manager now I would
like to do the opposite. What do I need to do this????

Pops Outlook contacts, journal stamps etc. When using BCM folders make
sure to specify the custom form name which would be BCM.Contacts or
else you will end up with new contacts in your default OL folder.
