navigational structure and e-mail newsletter

1.Is there any reason to have a navigational structure if
there are no shared borders?
2.If I change the name of a page to "index.htm", does it
automatically become a home page?
3. If I have a navigational structure and I send one page
of an e-mail newsletter which will link to others on the
website, will the receiver be able to press the "back"
button? Right now the "back" is greyed out after
accessing other pages.

1) Maybe
- other design webbots such as the Page Banners, Nav bars and TOC use the Nav View
2) No
- In Folder List right click it and select Set as home page
3) No
- you need to just send them a link to your site
or all pages (many mail programs and users now block html pages)
