I would like to create on my website a bar based my navigation structure for
example
Home>Page 2> Page 3 and so on. How do I do that in FrontPage?

In FrontPage 2003, press F1 (Help) and search on
"navigation structure" (without the quotes.
 
I did, all it wants to give me is link bars like:
Home | Page 1 | Page 2 | and so on, but I want the bar to show exactly where
they are and how they got there.

FP doesn't have a component to do that, which is called a breadcrumb trail.
