I have a word document that I am trying to put together. Does anybody know if
there is a way that I am able to make a table of contents and if you click on
one of the headings in the table of contents, it will take you directly to
that part of the document the information is on?

The page numbers in TOCs are hyperlinked in all versions of Word; the
entries themselves are hyperlinked by default in Word 2000 and later.

Of course! I should have written, "table of contents *entries* are
hyperlinked by default, in Word 2000 and later."

Thank you for clarifying this.
