Navigation Structure Not Updating

I am been using FP 2003 for over a year. I have made several updates to the
company website, but when I check the navigation structure, it does not
include any updates. I did not use the navigation structure to set up the
website, since I was working with an already existing website.

Any suggestions?
 
The navigation structure does not update automatically, nor is it
necessary to use it unless you are using FrontPage navigation bars.

To update the structure, switch to navigation view, then drag pages into
the view from the folder/file list on the left and drop them where they
should go.
