navigation structure not updating

I have made a lot of changes to my company website with FP 2003, but the
navigation structure is not updating to those changes. Should it update
automatically, or do I need to reset something?

I have this problem too. If I preview the site in FP2003, all is well. But
when I upload to the server, the navigation structure does not update.
Despite an lot of looking around forums etc. and trying out several
"solutions" nothing seems to work.

Ideas anyone?

Are you publishing to a server that has the FP extensions?

The navigation structure does not update automatically. YOU update the
navigation structure, which then propagates the appropriate changes
throughout the site.
