Navigation structure missing, folders still in folder list

I recently lost my entire frontpage data for my website. By enabling the site through our service provider I have managed to get all the folders back, but the navigation structure has disappeared and not returned - what do I do

HI! is recalculating the links what you mean?. just choose it from the
FrontPage menu.
after that you should see a navigation menu.
