Navigation Structure is grey and not displaying on website?

When you look at the navigation screen, the icons are grey and the nativation
is not showing on the index page of the website on the net.

Ideas?

[Ronx]

right click on a grey item, and choose "Display in Navigation Bar" The
grey will turn yellow.
