Navigation/ preview panes

Hello all,
I have the Navigation and Preview panes, i believe it is what they are
called on the right and left side of the folders that I open , like the one
showing the hard drive among others. I would like to turn these off, I have
vista in "classic view and had them off but some how they reappeared how do
I disable them so they won't show? All help will be greatly appreciated.

You just toggle them off via Organize > Layout
