Navigation Pane

On one computer the Navigation Pane shows FOLDER LIST followed by ALL FOLDERS
followed by ALL OUTLOOK ITEMS. For the life of me, I can't duplicate that on
my other computer. There, I'm limited to the list of subfolders (mail,
calendar, contacts, etc.). Really, really minor but awfully annoying...

Any ideas?

What exactly is your issue? This is the Folder List Navigation in Outlook
2007.

Thanks for the reply.

I can't figure out how I got the one computer to show ALL FOLDERS and ALL
OUTLOOK ITEMS in the navigation pane. This allows me to group calendar,
contacts and all mail folders in a single grouping. My other computer forces
me to open MAIL to look at my mail folders (click on icon at bottom of pane)
and to click on CALENDAR to look at my calendar (click on icon at bottom of
pane).

When I click on MAIL icon at the bottom, the navigation pane shows MAIL,
followed by Favorites (don't need that on my other computer) followed by MAIL
FOLDERS. To look at my calendar, I click on the CALENDAR icon at the bottom.
The navigation pane then show CALENDAR as the header.

On my other computer, the calendar shows up as a folder in the list of all
Outlook folders.

Is that clear? If not, I can post screen shots I suppose.

Best regards,

As I said; switch to the Folder List Navigation.
There is a Folder icon at the bottom as well. CTRL+6 is the shortcut key.
