Navigation pane calendar

I have a user who clicks on the navigation pane "bars" and the entries for
that particular navigation pane come up on the right side (as expected).

When she clicks on the calendar navigation bar the right-side remains blank.
There are definitely entries in the calendar!

She can right-click on the calendar navigation bar and select "Open in New
Windows" and it comes up.

Any ideas what I might be able to try so clicking on it directly brings it up?

Thank you for any help.

Terrific! Thank you for the quick reply.

I'll have her give it a try.

Try resetting the Navigation Pane;
Start-> Run; outlook.exe /resetnavpane
