Navigation / Link buttons to small

I am using Frontpage 2003. I had a link / navigation bar disappear and I had
to recreate it. After creating a new bar, the new buttons are smaller than
the original. My site uses a "Theme" and all the other pages buttons are the
correct size. When I view the link bar properties it does not give me an
option to change the size. What controls the size of the buttons?
 
The type of nav bar (horizontal or vertical) and nav bar properties (same level, top level , etc)
