Navigation Bars

I was making a couple of image and page additions to an existing FrontPage 2000 site and when it "published" the site no longer displays my navigation bars. I can see the nav bars locally but not on the published site. It doens't appear to matter if the nav bars are in the shared border or on the "page" itself or if they are buttons or text links. They just don't show up.

The server has FrontPage extensions installed and the site had been functioning normally.

Any ideas??
