Navigation Bar not working all the time

Big Mama

My problem is that my vertical nav bar isn't showing all
pages that I've added. It shows most of them, but not
all. I've tried deleting them and re-adding them;
applying changes; refreshing them; hooking them to other
pages to get the buttons to show up. But no luck. The
buttons show up in FP design view and preview mode, but
won't show up in my browser. Any ideas? Thanks.
