Navigating Microsoft.com

hello...

I am a graphic artist for a small business in Canada,
and know my way around a pc and a mac, but this has
really got me stumped. On this pc, I cannot access
Microsoft.com. To get here i had to come thru
msdn.microsoft.com. If i click on any of the
microsoft.com links, it takes hours to load, if it ever
loads at all. Does anyone have any idea what is going
on? Every other page on the internet lods perfectly
fine, no problem what-so-ever. Any microsoft.com page
takes forever...any help would greatly be appreciated. I
have norton (so i don't think it's a virus) and I am
running IE6 sp2. Please help.

first scan for spyware with spybot from
safer-networking.org and update and scan on easy .and use
immunize and block bad pages.. and for extra scan results
that maybe it doesn't catch, try ad-aware from
lavasoftusa.com update and scan.

This problem has been discussed, but not resolved, on at
least two threads recently:
"cannot access Microsoft web site", beginning April
25,5:32 PM, and
"cannot access www.microsoft.com", beginning April 23,
