Natural keyboard shortcut for 'my computer'locks up comp

I recently downloaded the critical update for windows.
Now my natural keyboard short cut (windows key+E) locks
the computer up. Ctrl+alt+delete won't even do
anything. All other natural kb shortcuts seem to work
fine. I have also noticed that in cleaning up my startup
menu, right clicking anything locks it up also...

Are you using the default Windows drivers for your keyboard or did you
install the software for your keyboard? If you installed the software, have
you checked for updates. If you are using the default drivers, have you
checked for updates?
