Nano Flash Drive - 2 GB

Dear Sir,



Yesterday I purchased the following below mention product, and I am experiencing the following problem, kindly help me.





IMATION

USB 2.0

NANO FLASH DRIVE

2GB



Version : 5.1.2600



With the following features:-



- Integrated cap design.

- Imation Lock Software for password protection

- Key ring included



Presently using OS = Windows XP



Problem:



The problem started when I accidentally formatted this pen drive from windows explorer.

Instead of showing 2GB, now my pen drive capacity is showing only

2,048,000 bytes or 1.95 MB only.



The following tried to rectify the above problem.



Downloaded the imation lock software from your web site in the zip format but I can’t extract the zip folder it is showing no disk space available to down load the software.
