Naming files automatically

I am running OutputTo macro that takes a query and exports it to
excel. I would like it to automatically make the file name one of the
fields in the form that I use to run the query.

Currently I have the Output File set to: S:\Sales\Grant Temp\Exports
\Forms!SVP!SVP.xls

this does not work. Is this eveen possible. I have tried 4
combinations.

Try this:
="S:\Sales\Grant Temp\Exports\" & Forms!SVP!SVP & ".xls"
