names or data not showing up in auto fill sections of document

I have a legal document that has many autofill section. which seems to work
fine on everyone version of word, except one person. We use word 2002. For
example the bottom og each page should show number but instead in the shaded
area it show [page] other section show [EXACTNAME] instead of the name, or
something along those lines. It would appear that there is a switch that has
been toggled on this users version of word since she's the only one
experiencing this issue. Any ideas what to check?

These are "fields," and you are seeing the field codes rather than the field
results. Press Alt+F9 to toggle the display.
