Name tags in editable region on DWT

How do you get rid of the name tag on an editable region? One of my regions is called "Link bar" and when I publish the site, this name appears at the bottom of the region. Sorry, this is probably a really simple question - I am new to Front Page.

Raymond,

You have to click inside of the editable region on the DWT and delete the
text within it.
