name of server? how can I know it?

Where can I find the name of the server? What is that?
ISP? I know it's Internet Service Provider, but how can I access it's

Let's see if I can put this simply.
Presumably you are paying some outfit for giving you Internet access?
The outfit that provides you with Internet access is called your ISP.
In return for you paying them money, they are supposed to give you
customer support, by telephone or otherwise.

Your post came through vodafone.pt, so that is probably your ISP.
Unfortunately I don't know any Portuguese, so I can't help you find
your ISP's online help page.

Log on to the web page and look for email configuration
or look for support options for email
or call(phone).

Note: Not all isp's provide pop3/smtp settings that are required for email
account use in Vista Windows Mail.
