name of month down the left or right column of the 31 day view

Does Outlook 2003 support entering the name of month down the left or right column of the 31 day view (i.e. August 7 or August 8)? Now, it is only on the first day of any month and easy to miss while entering appointments.
 
No, the behavior is the same in Outlook 2003 as it was in previous versions.
