name of folders and files under icons dissapeared

hi
i've got a very strange problem.. in a few random directories i can't see
text under icons.. only icon of a folder or file is visible.. how to restore
this texts?? i've restored all folder options but it didn't help
any suggestions how to fix this?

Right click anywhere in that folder and click "Hide file names" to remove
the check mark.
 
As Ronnie said. For folders designated as "Documents" or "Music" types, the "Hide file names" option may be unavailable. In that case, see:

File names may be hidden when the view option of a folder is set to Icons in Windows Vista:
