Name holding path of another workbook

I want to use vlookup to get a value in another workbook. But I don't want
to hardcode the path and name of that other workbook. The path and file
name should be in a separate cell and my vlookup uses that value instead.

Something like vlookup(a1,+MYNAME!a1:b10, 2), where MYNAME is the name of a
cell that has the path and filename.

How do you do this?
