n-case message

Recently I decided to delete some of the stuff I thought was junk off of my computer, and found that a lot of it was cookies and things from the internet I never wanted or needed. I ended up deleting a program called "n-CASE." Now, a message is popping up telling me that a third party has deleted the n/case software from my computer and that I may want to re-install it. Is n-case an important windows component or should I just say no thank you

n-Case is a form of spyware. Two products that are normally
quite effective at finding and removing such scumware are Ad-Aware
from www.lavasoft.de and SpyBot Search and Destroy from
www.safer-networking.org/. Both have free versions.
