n-case and homepage changing

Everytime I log onto the internet this Warning!! N-case has been removed. To reinstall press here..yadayada. I ALWAYS X out of it. Yet, it pops up everytime I log onto the internet. Also, my homepage changes repeatedly to some search engine I've never even heard of. What can I do? I've downloaded spykiller and it still did the same thing.

n-Case is a form of spyware. Two products that are normally
quite effective at finding and removing such scumware are Ad-Aware
from www.lavasoft.de and SpyBot Search and Destroy from
www.safer-networking.org/. Both have free versions.
