When I am in the process of booting up the PC produces pages of information,
which pass so quickly that I have been unable ever to read any of the data
on them.

Is there a way of slowing down this process, so that I can satisfy my
curiosity? Thank you all.

It's either the Scroll Lock key or the Pause/Break key, can't remember which.
