Mysterious RAM

Bastet

I'm attempting to identify a label-less RAM module. It's obviously a
single-rate DIMM, rather than DDR, but there is no other identifying
features, and I have no system in which to test it.

The following is stamped on each individual chip

"HYUNDAI KOREA GM72V66841GT75 0045 AG7"

Is there anywhere that will give me a positive ID? I feel that the AG7 might
be a clue...

Thanks

Is there *ANYTHING* you can't find, Dave?!

Well I'm told I have lost my mind, but plenty of people are willing to
give me a piece of theirs so it all works out in the end. ;-)

That's 'cause you've been so generous with it...;o) Either that, or it'll be
in the last place you look - or down the back of the sofa/behind the
fridge....;o) I found mine in my sock drawer once...

blank! I might have known you'd find something! It's 133, which was what I
rather suspected anyway. Doubt I'd get much for it on eBay.

Cheers, buddy! ;o)

..

Have you figured out the DIMM size yet?

The part number identifies a chip on the DIMM. This is a 8Mx8(64Mbit) chip.
You can identify the DIMM size, and whether the DIMM is ECC or not, by
counting these chips. Eight of these chips would indicate a 64MB DIMM; nine
would indicate a 64MB ECC DIMM. Sixteen of these chips would indicate a 128MB
DIMM; eighteen would indicate a 128MB ECC DIMM.
