Heelp with ram

Need to upgrade , here are the specs of my current laptop (sucks)

System Memory On board 128MB DDR RAM
Expansion 1 slot of 200pin DDR SO-DIMM, up to 640MB system memory
Supports 2.5V / 1.25V 200pin DDR200 / DDR266 SO-DIMM module

I need to upgrade and need a little help on what memory to buy
(have no idea) and also if someone wd please send me in the direction
where i can get a decent deal.....Thanks

Use the kingston memory finder. http://www.pcupgrades.com/ktc/memory.aspx
There are several different ways to find what you are looking for- by OEM,
by motherboard, or by branded products.
Once you have figured out what the part number is that you need, go from
there. Personally, I only use Kingston or other good quality brands. Why
cheap out and end up with troubles?
AS for a cheap place to buy it.... it all depends on where you reside.

SODIMM - Laptop 'sized'
You can add upto a 512MB Module
You need PC2100 / DDR266 memory
