Can you play any other older videos? If you can then
try going on google and look for updated CODEC's. Video data is
constantly being enhanced and requires the end user to occasionally
update the CODEC's from time to time.
If you can not play *any* videos then perhaps download the latest
media player from microsoft. Another little gem I like is Media Player
Classic. Found here:

Good Luck,

Thanks Trevor, the problem actually began by my post-
ing of a video to myspace that I couldn't replay.
Additional research then showed that I couldn't replay
any of the myspace videos, at least none of the 6 or so
that I tried. My video is .wmv, and I don't seem to have
any problems with any local video.
In preparation for my question, I'd read about codecs,
but wasn't really sure what it was. When I right click
the video pane provided by myspace, when just the
audio only is playing, I receive several selections related
to Macromedia flash player 7, which says to me that
this product is he vehicle to play the video.
I contacted myspace, and they sent me instructions for
the upload of a video, which is not what I asked.
I'll read-up on this codec issue and see if I can get a
handle on what it is. I would've thought that this system,
at only about 2 months old, would have had what's
needed for this task.
Thanks again,
Gary
