MYSCREEN IS BLANK NO WALLPAPER JUST ICONS

PLEASE I HAD PROBLEMS WITH SOME FILES AND I REINSTALLED WINDOWS XP BUT NOW
MY SCREEN IS IN WHITE THERES NOT THEMES AND I TRIED TO CHANGE MY THEMES BUT I
CANT DO IT AND STILL WHITE PLEASE GIVE ME SOME IDEAS TO FIX THIS PROBLEM
 
Using all caps is considered 'SHOUTING", and thought rude.

To repair all system files, go to Start/Run, and type (or paste in): SFC /SCANNOW
