my work email

I have my user name my password and even my computer sign on name and
password how can I get my email when I am at home..???
 
Have you asked your IT / Email support team at work for all of the settings
needed to access your work email from home? You'll need their server names,
ports, security settings, other possible options in order to set up the
email account in Tools - Accounts.
