my windows updates r not workin

I have been tryin 2 sort me windows updates out but it
wont work i keep getin Error number: 0x8DDD0018 and i dnt
no wat 2 do will u emmail me if u no how 2 fix it at

Hi,

It looks like the Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS) may
be disabled...

1. Click Start, and then click Run.
2. Type services.msc and then click OK.
3. In the list of services, right-click the service name (Background
Intelligent Transfer Service), and then click Properties.
4. In the Startup type list, select Automatic.
5. Verify that the service status is started.
