There should be a Rotation setting deep in Display Properties to correct
this. Depending on the Video Card software installed, some system use a
key combination to change rotation.
If you are using NVIDIA graphics then check the setting of NV rotate, it's
in the display properties and should be entertaining for a while trying to
navigate upside down.
