My windows is false ?

I destroyed my computer with water weeks ago and sended it for repair...
when i get it ''NEW'' the vista is fake.. i cant use bakgrounds or change my
screen settings... i just wonder if some one here could help me with this
issue ... BIG THANKS... and please if you know how to make it good again add

Very few if anyone here provides support via email, this is peer to peer
support, not Microsoft support. Where did you send the computer for repair?

Windows Mail program. We can't help with general computer problems.
I suggest you have a computer-savvy friend or relative check out your
